1. Association name
The association is named as shoqata humanitare koretini.
2. Aim and purpose of the association.

a) Under the name shoqata humanitare koretini, its activities are already described. It supports the purposes of Article 60 of the Swiss Civil Code.
b) The association‘s objective is to support the Koretin families, which are in difficult living conditions, with financial and humanitarian aid.
c) To make projects for the villagers, this would serve to improve their living conditions.

3. Membership

a) To be members of the association Koretini, it is obligatory for every person who comes from Koretin, to be a legal resident of Switzerland.
b) Only persons who are 18 years old, or above, can become members of the association.
c) One will be counted as a member, only if, the annual contributions by the agreed date have been settled.
d) The persons, who have made a special contribution to the society, will be appointed as the honorary members. This decision will be made by the leadership of the association at the assembly.
e) Membership is for the period from 01.01-31.12 of each calendar year.

4. The composition of the association

a) The members of the inner circle are put together as follows:

a. 6) Coordinator
a. 7) Computer specialist
b) The members of the wider circle:
b. 1) These are the persons, who represent their families and are originally from the village Koretin.

5. Rights and obligations of members
a) Each member of the association has the right to elect and can also be elected by the majority.
b) Each member of the association has a moral obligation to participate with question in the assembly of the association.
c) You are counted as a member only after you have paid the annual amount of CHF 120.
d) Every person who accepts the statutes, regulations and the decision of the leadership of the humanitarian association Koretini is counted as the member of the association.
6. Acceptance and removal of a member of the association Koretini.
a) The acceptance and the removal of members in the presidium are decided in the general assembly.
b) A member of the association loses its legitimacy in case of not paying the membership fee within the agreed payment period from 01.01-31.03 of the current year.
c) A member of the association can be removed automatically, if the membership has not been paid.

7. Bodies of the association

a) The routine and special general meeting.
b) The Presidium
c) Financial accounting

8. Assembly of the association

a) The assembly is the supreme body of the association.
b) Regular assembly.
b. 1) The regular assembly is held every year.
b. 2) The regular assembly is resolutionable when 51% of participants agree, and thus have the right to vote.
b. 3) The invitations and the agenda / order of the day must be published on the official website of the association or forwarded to the members at least 14 days before the meeting of the association.
b. 4) The proposals should be submitted to the members of presidium by writing a letter at the address of the association, or by e-mail at least 5 days before the meeting.
c) Special assembly
c. 1) The demand for the special general meeting may at any time be presented to the Presidium. The demand must be in written form and has to be signed by at least 1/3 of the voting members.

9. The Presidium constitutes these duties

a) The President of the association summarizes the last year.
b) Approves the protocol of last assembly.
c) Acceptance and approval:
c. 1) The annual accounts
c. 2) The auditing report.
d) Electiond. 1) The President of the association for a period of one year.
d. 2) The members of the presidium for a period of one year.
d. 3) The representatives of the neighborhoods of the village Koretini.
e) Honors
f) Amendments to the statutes
g) Decision of the annual membership.
h) Handling written complaints of members.
i) Determining the budget.
e) Miscellaneous The Presidium
a) Members of the Presidium are all entitled to vote. A member may be commissioned with several functions. Each member of the Presidium has the right to one vote.
b) The Presidium is competent to distribute to other bodies of the association all activities involved with respect to the association, which are noted in the statute.
c) The Presidium is invited to the meeting by the President as many times, as is required, and other members of the wider circle can also be invited.
d) The Presidium can make decisions when 4/5 of the members of the presidium are present.
e) Authorized signatories of the association are the following:

e.2) Head of Finance
f) Authorized to payments / transfers are: Head of Finance and the President of the association.
g) Members of the wider circle have no right to make decisions themselves, but to support the association as follows.

g.1) In identifying and providing the addresses of the villagers, who have a residence permit and are residents in Switzerland.
g.2) In informing and reporting your villagers (neighborhood) to projects which have been taken for humanitarian purposes by the association.
g.3) In forwarding the information to the villagers on behalf of the Presidium.

11. Auditing of accounts

a) The Presidium elects two auditors.
b) The auditors monitor, control the annual accounts and reports on results in written form. This is communicated to both the Presidi um and the wider circle of members. The auditors usually have also the right to check the cash inventory of the association with an advance notification.
c) The auditors can be elected by the members who have the right to vote. They should preferably have a good knowledge in accounting.

12. The following have the right to make decisions on financial or material assistance:

a) The Presidium
b) The village leaders (extended presidium)
c) The Assembly (members)

13. Dissolution of the association

a) The dissolution of the association can be carried out with the approval of two thirds of the members of the assembly.
b) Existing financial or humanitarian instruments can be donated to another humanitarian association.
c) In another case, Articles 77, 78 and 79 will be dealt according to the Swiss Civil Code.

14. Effective date of the statute

This statute entered into force from the date of the founding meeting on 10.26.2014.
